Please be mindful that on every visit, all the dead are omnipresent in their graves, according to the Song of Solomon, 5:2, “I slept, but my heart was awake.” Thus, everything that honours the dead is permitted, and everything that disturbs the peace of the dead is forbidden. Please do not step on the graves or sit on the tombstones, for this place should not be profaned, and ultimately the graves belong to those who are buried there.
